01 • YARN PREPARATION
Skilled craftswomen remain an important part of our fiber-to-yarn capability. Through manual preparation and spinning, fibers are carefully handled to develop yarns with the texture, character and individuality required for handcrafted textile programs.
For B2B buyers, this traditional knowledge supports specialty development, custom yarn concepts and small-batch sampling before larger production requirements are finalized.
02 • WEAVING
Our handloom section carries forward Bhagalpur’s established weaving knowledge while adapting constructions, yarn combinations and surface character for contemporary international buyers. We currently work with 50 handlooms.
This setup gives B2B customers access to fabrics with authentic texture and artisanal value, together with coordinated development, repeat-order planning and buyer-specific specifications.
03 • COLOR DEVELOPMENT
Color development is an important part of our B2B manufacturing capability. We work across manual hank dyeing, package dyeing and fabric dyeing, supported by equipment such as jiggers and winches, to develop shades according to yarn construction, fabric character and buyer requirements.
This flexibility supports custom color programs, sampling and repeat production for international buyers. Our Effluent Treatment Plant also forms part of our approach to more responsible textile processing.
04 • FINAL HAND & PRESENTATION
Finishing determines the final hand, surface and presentation of a fabric. Depending on the construction and intended end use, we use traditional Kundi finishing and mechanical calender finishing to develop the required softness, lustre, texture or cleaner surface appearance.
For B2B customers, the finishing stage allows product presentation to be aligned more closely with design direction, collection requirements and the expected feel of the finished textile.
05 • PACKAGING & GLOBAL DISPATCH
Products are wrapped, tagged, compressed and secured according to product and shipment requirements. Our focus is straightforward: protect the material, maintain presentation and prepare orders for international handling and dispatch.
